Position to start in April

We are seeking to appoint a Artistic Coach to help deliver high quality gymnastics lessons to our gymnasts at all levels, with particular responsibility for our minor wag squads.
Someone willing to work with both boys and girls of all ages and levels.

Job Responsibilities

Track individuals progress setting appropriate goals and targets for all gymnasts you are responsible for:

• Manage and plan competition and pre-competition programs for groups you are responsible for
• Support the Head Coach in planning and delivering an effective and inspiring program
• Provide strategic direction and input to grow the recreational and competitive programs

Job Requirements

• More than 5 years experience of working with children and young people with in a coaching capacity
• Recognised Artistic coaching qualification(s) from a national governing body.
• Enthusiastic and motivated to work with children and young people
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
• Ability to competently prepare female gymnasts to Modified FIG Code
• Judging qualification(s) / experience is desirable
